REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE GRIP HOUSE
The Grip House provides specialized services in the realm of custom grip carts and truck builds, rentals, and film industry standard equipment. Our policy reflects the unique nature of these services and products.
Rentals:
We do not offer refunds on rentals once the gear has been picked up. If you wish to cancel your booking, please contact us via email at service@thegrip.house.
Custom Builds:
Please note that due to the unique nature of the builds, we maintain a ZERO REFUND policy. Each build is created to the specific requirements of the client, hence they are non-refundable except in the rare circumstance that the item or part is defective.
In the unlikely event that your custom build is defective, please contact us immediately at service@thegrip.house. Each claim will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and if the defect is confirmed, suitable remedial action will be taken.
All custom builds include a 5 Year Limited Warranty which can be found HERE.
Product Returns:
We have a 14-day return policy for our standard equipment, meaning you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging, unused, and with the receipt or proof of purchase.
You can initiate a return by contacting us at service@thegrip.house. All returns should be shipped to: 13246 Weidner Street, Arleta CA 91331, United States. Please ensure that we have accepted the return request prior to shipping your product back to us.
*Please note, shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages and Issues:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it for any defects, damages, or discrepancies. If you encounter any issues, contact us immediately at service@thegrip.house so we can evaluate and rectify the problem.
Exchanges:
To secure an exchange, return the original item after receiving return acceptance, and then proceed with a separate purchase for the desired item.
